- SAP Skills Required:
- Minimum 6-8 years of SAP work experience with minimum 4-6 years of SAP RE-FX experience
- Should have experience of at least 2-3 full lifecycle Implementation projects
- Capable of working with the Project Manager on the detail implementation plan
- Work with the Project Manager in identifying risk and risk mitigation strategies in the various phases of the project.
- Be responsible for the deliverables of his/her own functional areas.
- Review “As-Is” business process flows and identify any areas for improvement.
- Identify gaps and develop functional solutions and workarounds.
- Work with Solution Architect on the design of the end-to-end business processes.
- Review and confirm the completeness of process and system design deliverables.
- Validate all gaps identified by functional team members
- Apply functional knowledge and prior implementation experience in their respective areas.
- Coordinate knowledge transfer process and activities are in place amongst team members.
- Ensure all work conforms to the project standards and methodologies applied to the project.
- Broad business process and SAP application integration acumen
- Excellent communication skills (English, written and oral)
- SAP Certification (Highly desirable)
